Ingredients for Aloo Sandwich Dhokla:

  1. 1 cup Gram flour(besan).
  2. Salt as per the taste.
  3. 1 chopped green chilly.
  4. 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
  5. 1 tbsp lemon juice.
  6. 2 tbsp eno.
  7. 1 tbsp oil.
  8. Water as required for consistency.
  9. Oil for greasing.
  10. Tempering.
  11. 2 tbsp oil.
  12. 1 tbsp mustard seeds.
  13. 2 green chilly slit.
  14. 4-5 curry leaves.
  15. 4-5 tbsp water.
  16. For stuffing.
  17. 4-5 tbsp tamarind pulp.
  18. 2 small boiled potato.
  19. Salt as per the taste.
  20. 1 tsp Red chilli powder.

All you need is boiled, mashed potatoes, chopped onions and spices. Toast on non-stick Tawa or in a sandwich toaster and have it can be an ideal breakfast, evening snack or pack in kids tiffin box.   4. For stuffing. Mash the potato add salt and red chilli powder and mix it. Now cut the dhokla into the desire shape you require. I have cut into circle. Divide into 1 layer from middle then apply tamrind pulp on both side then apply potato mixture on one side and cover it on top with layer..
  5. Serve it with corriender chutney and decorate it with your fav emoji..
