- 1.2-1.4 kg whole chicken.
- Marinate.
- 1 cup light soy sauce.
- 1 tbs dark soy sauce.
- 1 tbs oyster sauce.
- 4 tbs honey or maltose.
- 1 tsp salt.
- 2 tbs sugar.
- 1 tbs five spice powder.
- 1 tbs ginger powder.
