Ingredients for Baked Oats:
- Dry ingredients.
- 500 ml oats.
- 500 ml Apple, cubed (2 apples).
- 7.5 ml Baking powder.
- 2.5 ml Salt.
- 2.5 ml Nutmeg.
- 5 ml Cinnamon.
- 60 ml Brown sugar.
- 125 ml Chopped nuts.
- 125 ml Raisins.
- Wet ingredients.
- 3 Eggs.
- 500 ml Milk/Jogurt/Coconut milk/Almond milk.
- 2.5 ml vanilla.
Step by step how to cook Baked Oats:
- Set oven to 180-degree Celcius. Mix wet and ingredients separately. Combine dry and wet ingredients and mix thoroughly. Pour mixture into a greased 30 x 20cm ovenproof dish, leave to stand covered for one hour. Bake covered for 30 minutes then uncovered for another 10 minutes..
