Ingredients for Beef Shin Stew:
- I packet Kati Roll marinade.
- Cumin.
- Coriander.
- to taste Salt.
- Steak and Chops spice.
- Parsley to garnish.
- Rajah.
- Onion.
- Olive oil.
- Green pepper.
Step by step how to cook Beef Shin Stew:
- Spice the the beef shin together with the Kati roll mariade in a bowl and leave it for about 20 mins.
- Then fry the chopped onion and green pepper in a pan with olive oil add the rajah curry powder as it’s frying add the meat and let it cook on low heat to produce its own broth.
- Let it cook for about an hour or until soft and tender add Korma cook in sauce a little and enjoy with your choice of salads and vegetables.
- Serve with Rice, cream spinach, potatoes salad, beetroot and butternut with lemon zest.
