  2. 1 Spoon Olive oil.
  3. Crushed Ginger, garlic with Dhania.
  4. 6 large chopped UTD potatoes.
  5. 2 large onions.
  6. 2 large eggplants.
  7. Curry: Curry seeds, mother in law curry powder, curry paste.
  8. Spices: Zeal, butter chicken spice and salt and pepper.

Step by step how to cook Butter Chicken and Roti:
