Ingredients for Chicken Siew Mai:
- 20 pcs circle wanton skin (store bought).
- 300 gr minced chicken.
- 150 gr shrimp meat (finely minced).
- 1 pc medium chayote (peel, shredded, put in the strainer to remove any excess water).
- 1 tbsp low sodium light soya sauce.
- 1 tbsp Sesame oil.
- 1 tsp mushroom seasoning.
- 1 tbsp salt.
- 1 tbsp sugar.
- 1/2 tbsp chicken seasoning.
- 1/2 tbsp pepper.
- 1 egg.
- 2 cloves garlic, finely minced.
- 150 gr tapioca flour.
- Finely shredded carrot for topping.
- Chilli Garlic Dip.
- 3 cloves garlic, roughly chopped.
- 1 big chillies.
- 3 pcs chilli padi (you can always add more or use less according to your preference).
- Sugar, salt, chicken seasoning, pepper to tase.
