- 2 cups flour, divided.

- In the bowl of a stand mixer place water, yeast 1 cup of the flour, sugar, salt, 1 tbsp oil and milk powder. Combine to resemble a smooth batter. Set aside for 15 minutes..
- Add in 1 cup remaining flour and 2 tbsp remaining oil. Add more flour as needed to form a smooth dough that is not sticky. Place formed dough in a well-oiled bowl and cover with clingwrap. Set aside in a warm spot to rise for an hour..
