Ingredients for Crisp Berry Cobbler:

  1. 2 1/2 cup Mixed berries.
  2. 1/2 cup Brown sugar.
  3. Topping.
  4. 1 cup Oats ( not instant ).
  5. 1 cup Flour.
  6. 1 cup Brown sugar.
  7. 1/4 cup White sugar.
  8. 1/2 tsp Ground cloves.
  9. 1 1/2 tsp Ground cinnamon.
  10. 1 cup Butter melted.
  11. 1 cup Chopped mixed nuts.

Step by step how to cook Crisp Berry Cobbler:

  1. Spray the bottom and sides of crockpot with spray and cook or grease with butter. Mix the sugar and the berries and layer at the bottom of the pot.
  2. Mix the flour, brown and white sugar, cinnamon, cloves, oats together, melt butter and pour into dry ingredients. Mix together with fork. Mixture should remain fairly crumbly.
  3. Add nuts. Layer mixture over berries, pop the lid on and cook on high for 2hr40. Then turn the lid skew and cook for further 15 minutes. This will make it more crunchy.
