Ingredients for Cruncy Corn Tikki with Tomato Soup:

  1. 500 gm corn seed (boiled), 2 cup breadcrumbs,1 big capsicum.
  2. 3 medium size onion,2 tomatoes, 8to 10 garlic cloves,.
  3. 1 inch ginger,6 -8 green chillies, chopped coriander.
  4. 2 tbsp ravo,1 boil potato, salt to taste,1 tsp Amchur powder,.
  5. 1 .tsp garam masala,1 tsp til.

Step by step how to cook Cruncy Corn Tikki with Tomato Soup:

  1. First of all boil corn seeds and potato and crush it...smash it..
  2. Took onions,tomatoes and capsicum and finely chopped it with help of veg chopper.Crush green chillies,ginger and Garlic..
  3. Take crushed corns,smash potatoes,chopped onions, tomatoes and capsicum altogether...Mix it well,add 2 tbsp rava to it.
  4. Then add breadcrumbs, Amchur powder, garam masala powder, chopped coriander,paste of ginger,garlic and chillies. Also add 2 tbsp rava for binding.. Mix it well and form a loose dough like..
  5. Now make equal portion of it and make medium size of ball from it.Then gently press it in your palm and give it to shape of Tikki.Make all tikkis..
  6. Then cover it with remaining bread crumbs gently...put no stick pan on flame and pour some oil in it..put 4 to 5 tikki at once in the pan and shallow fry it..
  7. It takes almost 15 minutes to shallow fry it..trun on the other side and shallow fry it on medium flame. Took out in the dish after shallow fry it..You can enjoy it with tomato soup or green chutney.. kids also like it..
