Ingredients for Custard Tart:
- The crust.
- 300 g white wheat flour.
- 120 g sugar.
- 160 g butter.
- The filling.
- 3 eggs.
- 2 cups milk.
- Half cup sugar.
- Cinnamon for dusting on top or nutmeg.
Step by step how to cook Custard Tart:
- Preheat oven to 140 degrees.
- Mix flour sugar margarine and do the rubbing in method. Bit by bit add teaspoons of cold water until a ball in formed.
- Refrigerate for 30 minutes. Roll it until flat. Cover the casserole with the crust mixture. Shape the edges. Do the baking blind until crust in brown. Put it aside to chill.
