  1. 250 gms cabbage chopped.
  2. 1 medium size chopped tomato.
  3. 1 tsp green chilli paste.
  4. 3/4 cup Boiled peas.
  5. 1/4 tsp Turmeric pwder.
  6. 5-6 Curry leaves.
  7. 1 /2 tsp Red chilli pwder.
  8. 1 pinch Asafoetida.
  9. to taste Salt.
  10. 1-1 tsp Cumin -coriander powder.
  11. 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds.
  12. 1 tsp Mustard seeds.
  13. 1/2 tsp Crushed Fennel seeds.
  14. 1 tbsp Oil.
  15. Coriander leaves.

Step by step how to cook Delicious Gobhi Matar (Dry):

  1. Heat oil in a pan, crackle cumin and mustard seeds in it. Add Asafoetida in it, add curry leaves, green chilli paste in it. Stir it.
  2. Add chopped tomato,salt and turmeric powder. Stir and cover it till tomatoes gets soft. Add peas and rest of the spices and mix it well.
