Ingredients for Delicious Gobhi Matar (Dry):
- 250 gms cabbage chopped.
- 1 medium size chopped tomato.
- 1 tsp green chilli paste.
- 3/4 cup Boiled peas.
- 1/4 tsp Turmeric pwder.
- 5-6 Curry leaves.
- 1 /2 tsp Red chilli pwder.
- 1 pinch Asafoetida.
- to taste Salt.
- 1-1 tsp Cumin -coriander powder.
- 1/2 tsp Cumin seeds.
- 1 tsp Mustard seeds.
- 1/2 tsp Crushed Fennel seeds.
- 1 tbsp Oil.
- Coriander leaves.
Step by step how to cook Delicious Gobhi Matar (Dry):
- Heat oil in a pan, crackle cumin and mustard seeds in it. Add Asafoetida in it, add curry leaves, green chilli paste in it. Stir it.
- Add chopped tomato,salt and turmeric powder. Stir and cover it till tomatoes gets soft. Add peas and rest of the spices and mix it well.
- Add chopped cabbage mix it properly and cook it..
