Ingredients for Delicious Manchurian schezwan rice:

  1. 1 cup rice (Raw Basmati).
  2. 1/2 cup capsicums.
  3. 1 carrots.
  4. 2 onions.
  5. 1 cup Cabbage.
  6. 5-6 tsp all-purpose flour(maida).
  7. 3-4 tsp Schezwan sauce.
  8. 3-4 tsp Tomato sauce.
  9. 3-4 tsp chilli sauce.
  10. 3-4 tsp soya sauce.
  11. 1 tsp Vinegar.
  12. 2 tsp Garlic and ginger paste.
  13. As needed Oil.
  14. 1 bowl fried noodles for garnishing.
  15. 2 tsp chopped coriander leaves.
  16. to taste Red chilli powder.
  17. 1/2 tsp Black pepper powder.
  18. to taste Salt.

Step by step how to cook Delicious Manchurian schezwan rice:

  1. First of all boil the rice and keep aside let it cool completly...
  2. On the other hand..for manchurian crush all vegetables (2 capcium, 1 onion,1 carrot,nearly half cabbage) in that add ginger garlic paste add red chilli powder, black pepper powder, salt and for binding add maida...make balls of this and deep fry it...(Nearly 12 machurian balls uh can make) keep aside...
  3. In a pan..heat 5-6 spoons oil.add ginger garlic paste after that add 2 chopped capsicum 2 carrots and onion saute it (don't over ccok it)and after that add cabbage finely chopped saute it properly...add red chilli powder salt accordingly...add boiled rice and along with rice add Schezwan, soya, chilli, tomato sauce mix properly all together at the end add vinegar.. Schezwan rice is ready...
  4. Last step is plating and garnishing...in a plate take some amount of schewan rice and spread in plate properly..after that for each person take four manchurian balls...and place it on the rice according to you..now cut some large pieces of onion and capsicum if you want to place it raw uh can else saute it and add after Manchurian balls..add raw finely chopped cabbage as shown in pic after that add fried noodles and Coriander leaves.
  5. Ready to serve.
  6. Note: I have not used ajinomoto as it is not good for health..if you want you can use it in rice..but this will taste good..uh can avoid ajinomoto..
