- 2 tbsp mustard oil for curry.
- Oil to fry kababs.
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- 1 big onion.

- 1 tsp garam masala powder.
- 1 tsp red chilli powder.

- 2 tbsp Rice flour.
