  1. 3 punch of kales stalks.
  2. 1 tomato.
  3. 1 onion.
  4. Salt.

Step by step how to cook Fried Kales:

  1. Wash and cut the vegetables,set aside..
  2. Fry onion, don't brown, add in the tomatoes,let it cook for 3 mins,.
  3. Add in the vegetables,mix well and cook for further 3 mins, season and serve.mine l served with ugali.
