Ingredients for Fried Kales:
- 3 punch of kales stalks.
- 1 tomato.
- 1 onion.
- Salt.
Step by step how to cook Fried Kales:
- Wash and cut the vegetables,set aside..
- Fry onion, don't brown, add in the tomatoes,let it cook for 3 mins,.
- Add in the vegetables,mix well and cook for further 3 mins, season and serve.mine l served with ugali.
