- 3 bunches kales.
- 1 big onion.
- 2 big tomatoes.
- 2 tablespoons cooking oil.
- 1 bunch dhania/coriander.

- Prepare the ingredients by cutting up them up(I prefer chunky pieces for the kales)..
- Heat the oil in a sufuria/cooking pan.
- Add the onions and cook slightly--till light brown..
- Add the tomatoes, then the kales and cover to cook/steam for 3 minutes..
- Turn the kales to mix with the onions and tomatoes..
- Add the dhania and let it cook again for 1 minute..
- Set aside and serve with ugali or mashed potatoes..
