  1. 500 g Penne Pasta.
  2. 1 kg Chicken Fillets (strips).
  3. 1 1/2 cup veggies.
  4. 3 tsp Crushed Garlic.
  5. 2 1/2 tsp Aromat, salt, turmeric, cumin, chilli paste.
  6. 2 1/2 tsp Salt.
  7. 1/2 tsp Turmeric.
  8. 1 1/2 Cumin.
  9. 3 tsp Chilli Paste.
  10. Sauce.
  11. 4 tbsp Tomato paste.
  12. 6 Tbsp Tomato sauce.
  13. 6 tbsp Mustard sauce.
  14. 6 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce.
  15. 4 tsp Mixed Herbs.
  16. 1 cup Gouda Cheese.
  17. 1 cup Mozarella Cheese.
  18. 2 cups Fresh cream.
  19. 1 1/2 cups Milk.

Step by step how to cook Garlic Chilli Chicken Pasta:

  1. Boil penne pasta with a pinch of salt..
  2. Marinate chicken in spices (Aromat, salt, turmeric, cumin, chilli paste) and cook..
  3. Add veggies in when the chicken is almost cooked. (Veggies we use are peppers, mushrooms & corn).
  4. Combine sauce (tomato paste, tomato sauce, mustard sauce, chilli garlic sauce) ingredients in a saucepan- add dairy products (gouda cheese, mozzarella cheese, fresh cream, milk) after the sauces & herbs (mixed herbs) have come to a boil..
  5. Once sauce is smooth add it to the cooked chicken & veggies..
  6. Combine with pasta let simmer for 5 mins..
  7. Serve hot..
