Ingredients for Giant Choc Chip Cookies:
- 110 g Unsalted Butter.
- 170 g Caster Sugar.
- 80 g Light Brown Sugar.
- 189 g Plain Flour.
- 1 Egg.
- Fine Salt (level 2.5ml spoon).
- 100 g Dark Choc Chips.
Step by step how to cook Giant Choc Chip Cookies:
- Make sure butter is at room temperature/melts to touch. On low speed mix in both sugars. Next add the add and whisk for about 15 seconds..
- Sieve in flour and sugar, gently mix in 🥄.
- Add choc chips and mix by hand 🖐️. Then split mixture into 10 evenly sized balls..
- Press each ball of mix down slightly on a greased baking tray. Leave plenty of room for the mixture to spread out. Bake for 10-13min in the centre of the oven..
- Remove from oven when golden. Leave on tray to cool a little (they will break up if moved when too warm)..
- Biscuits will be crunchy on the outside and chewy in the middle..
