Ingredients for Giant Choc Chip Cookies:

  1. 110 g Unsalted Butter.
  2. 170 g Caster Sugar.
  3. 80 g Light Brown Sugar.
  4. 189 g Plain Flour.
  5. 1 Egg.
  6. Fine Salt (level 2.5ml spoon).
  7. 100 g Dark Choc Chips.

Step by step how to cook Giant Choc Chip Cookies:

  1. Make sure butter is at room temperature/melts to touch. On low speed mix in both sugars. Next add the add and whisk for about 15 seconds..
