- 1 heaped teaspoon of icing sugar.
- 1/4 cup oil.
- 2 cups greek yogurt.

- Grease and flour a square 25 or rectangular 21cm x 29cm cake or roasting pan..
- Combine flour, icing sugar and oil with finger tips until the mixture resembles fine bread crumbs..
- Add Greek yougurt to the flour mixture and with a spoon mix until just combined..
- Press the dough down on a floured surface and about 2.5cm. Using a medium scone cutter make 16 scones..
- Place them into pan and bakefor 20 minutes until they are lightly brown..
