Ingredients for Home-made Pizza:

  1. 1 cup flour.
  2. pinch salt.
  3. pinch yeast.
  4. 1 cup lukewarm water.
  5. cooked and chopped chicken.
  6. handful mushroom.
  7. 1/2 green pepper.
  8. 1/2 onion.
  9. paste.
  10. cheese.
  11. sweet chill sauce.
  12. chutney.
  13. cooking oil.
  14. spices of choice.

Step by step how to cook Home-made Pizza:

  1. Mix the flour with pinch of salt and yeast for 2 minutes, add the warm water to the mix till dough is soft to medium.
  2. Make dough thin and smooth, put it to the baking pan then to the oven, with heat of 100 C for 10 min. the dough will make two large circles.
  3. Then add cooking oil to the frying pan, with a medium to high heat.
  4. Add the chopped mushroom and chopped onions to the hot oil in the pan, add pinch of spices of your choice fry till its well cooked.
  5. When the mushroom and onions are well fried add the cooked chicken cubs to it pan with mushroom and onions for 5 minutes.
  6. Then over the leaven(baked dough), put paste on it then add the mixture of onions and chicken on top.
  7. Place grated cheese on top of the pizza, then put it back to the oven for 5 min with high heat for the cheese to melt, then serve..
