- Rice flour as needed for sifting.
- 30 gr vegan margerine.
- 10 ml canola oil to rub buns.
- 250 ml boiling water.
- For the Ostrich Filling.
- 100 gr Ostrich Goulash.
- 10 gr fresh grated ginger.
- 1 Green Chilli chopped fine.
- 2 gr Fine Black Pepper.
- 5 gr Coarse Sea Salt.
- 200 ml Boiling Water.
- Vegetable Filling.
- Julienne Carrots; Peppers; Red onion ; Spring onion; Tomato.
