- 2 Onion.
- 1 tsp Ginger grated.

Step by step how to cook Kale chane and pumpkin sabji with roti and mango puree:
- First we will cut pumpkin into small pieces then cut the onion into small pieces and chillies also..
- Then in pan we will first place oil and let it to warm properly other wise bitter taste will come. Further we will place onion and green chillies once the onion get translucent add grated ginger and then add kale chane and fry it for sometime ie. 2-3min..
