  2. 1 bunches spinach leaves.
  3. 2 cups cooked steam rice,.
  4. 1 cup green peas (fresh/ frozen).
  5. 1 green chilli finely chopped.
  6. 1 small onion chopped.
  7. 1 tbsp Olive oil/ghee.
  8. 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds.
  9. 1/2 tsp Mustard seeds.
  10. 1/2 tsp Coriander powder.
  11. 1/4 tsp turmeric powder.
  12. as per taste salt as per taste.
  13. 1 tsp lemon juice.
  14. as required Coriander leaves and cherry tomatoes for garnish.

  1. Firstly properly washed the kale and spinach leaves in water. Than blanch the kale and Spinach leaves and green chillies. Grind into a fine paste..
  2. Heat oil / ghee in the pan Add bay leaf and cumin seeds, cinnamon stick,clove,green cardamom & saute..
  3. Add chopped onion, chopped green chilli, chilli powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder and garam masala. Saute on low flame..
  4. Add green peas. Cook then add kale spinach paste and salt. Stir cook for 3 to 5 minutes till oil separates..
