- 1 sprig curry leaf.
- 1 tsp dhanya and jeera powder.
- 2 tsp garlic and ginger paste.
- 3 Tbs masala.
- 1 Tbs kashmeri Masala.
- Salt to your taste.
- Water.
- Handfull Chopped dhanya.
- 1/4 cup oil.
- 1 loaf unsliced bread cut in 3 (1/4).
- Salad:.
- 2 grated carrots.
- 1/2 sliced onion.
- 4 lettuce leaves chopped.
- 1/4 cucumber sliced.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- Pinch sugar.
- 2 Tbs vinegar.
- 1/2 tsp pepper powder.
- For outside cooking:.
- 10 kg bag firewood.
- 1 (12 pieces) box firelighters.
