  1. 1 bunch Spinach.
  2. 1/3 cupful Walnuts.
  3. 1 tablespoon Sugar.
  4. 1 tablespoon Mirin.
  5. 2 tablespoons Soy Sauce.

  1. Toast Walnuts slightly and grind coarsly. Add Sugar, Mirin and Soy Sauce and mix well to make sauce..
