Ingredients for Mango Virgin Mojito:

  1. 1/4 cup mango purée/mango nectar.
  2. 1/2 tbsp superfine/castor sugar, adjust as per desired sweetness.
  3. 8-10 mint leaves.
  4. Half a lime, about 2 tbsp lime juice.
  5. 6-7 ice cubes, you may use crushed ice instead.
  6. Club soda, as required (I used diet 7up).
  7. Lime wedges, mango cubes, mint leaves, for garnish (optional).

  2. Add mango puree, mix well to dissolve any sugar that has remained..
  3. Add crushed ice..
  4. Top with club soda (sparkling water), stir well and garnish with lemon wedge, mango cubes, and mint leaves if desired..
