Ingredients for Mesh Om Ali #sahdessert:
- 1 pack phyllo pastry.
- 1/2 cup melted unsalted butter.
- 1 can condensed milk.
- 250 ml heavy whipping cream.
- Crushed pistachios as required.
- Cinnamon powder 1 tsp (optional).
Step by step how to cook Mesh Om Ali #sahdessert:
- Preheat oven at 180 degrees. Grease an oven proof dish nicely..
- Take phyllo pastry and fold each like a fan and than put each folded sheet in the pan till the pan is full. Now brush this pastry liberally with the melted butter. And put this pastry in the oven to bake till you see it gets nice golden on top and remove it from oven..
- Now pour the condensed milk on it so that its fully covered. Also pour the heavy cream nicely. Put it back in the oven to broil for 5-10 mins so that the pastry has soaked all the liquid. Remove from the oven and sprinkle crushed pistachios and cinnamon(optional) on it..
