Ingredients for Mushroom Chicken Tikka:

  1. 200 gm chicken boneless(cut in cubes).
  2. 6 button mushrooms.
  3. 6 cherry tomatoes.
  4. 1/4 cup green capsicum (cut in cubes).
  5. 1/4 cup orange capsicum (cut in to cubes).
  6. 1/4 cup onion petals.
  7. 1/4 cup Yogurt.
  8. 1/2 teaspoon lemon juice.
  9. 1 tablespoon corn flour.
  10. 1 teaspoon ginger garlic paste.
  11. 1 teaspoon red chilli powder.
  12. 1/2 teaspoon chat masala.
  13. 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder.
  14. 1/4 teaspoon cumin powder.
  15. 1 teaspoon oil.
  16. to taste Salt.

Step by step how to cook Mushroom Chicken Tikka:

  1. In a mixing bowl take the yogurt, corn flour, lemon juice, ginger garlic paste, chilli powder, garam masala powder, cumin powder, turmeric powder, chat masala, salt and oil mix them well..
  2. Add chicken cubes, mushrooms, onion petals, cherry tomatoes, green and orange capsicum mix them well and marinate for 2 hours..
  3. Soak the wooden skewers for 20 to 30 mins in water..
  4. After marination, insert the marinated chicken, tomatoes, mushroom, capsicum and onion petals into wooden skewers..
  5. Preheat the oven to 180 degree and bake for 20 to 30 mins..
  6. Serve hot with chutney of your choice..
