- 4 lb Pork roast.
- 3 tbsp Flour.
- 3 cup Roasted green chile.
- 1 Onion.
- 32 oz Chicken broth.
- 1 can Diced tomatoes.
- 1 tbsp Salt.
- 1 tbsp Pepper.
- 1 tbsp Garlic salt or 3 cloves fresh garlic.
- 2 Potatoes (optional).
- 5 tbsp Olive oil.
