- 3 cloves garlic, chopped.
- 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) BBQ sauce (or to taste).
- 1/4 cup (4 tablespoons) Worcestershire sauce.
- 1/3 cup (5 tbsp.+ 1 tsp.) beer, wine or broth.
- 2 tablespoons lemon juice (~1/2 lemon).
- 2 teaspoons creole seasoning.
- 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper.
- 500 grams shrimp, peeled and deveined.
- 2 tablespoons butter, chilled and cut into 1/2 inch pieces.
