  1. 250 gm Digestive biscuit (finely crushed).
  2. 1/4 cup Butter.
  3. 250 gm Cream cheese (Philadelphia).
  4. 1 cup Sugar.
  5. 3 tbs Flour.
  6. 1 tbs Vanilla.
  7. 1 cup Sour cream.
  8. 3 Eggs.

Step by step how to cook New York Cheese Cake:

  1. Heat oven 170° and grease a 9 inch spring form non stick pan. Mix biscuit crumbs and butter, press firmly on the bottom of pan. Bake for 10 minutes..
  2. Gently beat cream cheese, sugar, flour and vanilla in a large bowl until well blended. Add sour cream and mix well..
  3. Add eggs one at a time, beating well after each addition and then pour over the crust..
