Ingredients for No Knead Yeast Rolls:
- 2 (1/4 ounce) packs of rapid rise yeast.
- 1/4 cup granulated sugar.
- 1 1/2 cuos lukewarm whole milk.
- 4 cups bread flour.
- 1 teaspoon salt.
- 1 large egg, lightly beaten.
- 8 tablesoons salted butter, melted, divided use.
Step by step how to cook No Knead Yeast Rolls:
- In a bowl combine the warm milk, 1 teaspoon of the sugar and the yeast. Let it rest 5 mimutes.
- In a large bowl whisk together the flour, remaining sugar and salt and egg.
- Gradually stir in yeast mixture and 5 tablespoons of the melted butter, mix with a spoon until well combined it should be pullung away from the sides of the bol the bowl. It will be a soft sticky dough.
