Ingredients for Omelette Rice:
- 2 eggs.
- 1 bowl of cooked rice.
- pieces onion.
- pieces mushroom.
- pieces ham.
- ketchup(depends on your taste.
- 1/2 tsp salt.
- 1/2 tsp butter.
- mayonnaise(optional.
Step by step how to cook Omelette Rice:
- Putting 1/2 tsp butter in pan and wait for it warm.
- Add pieces of onion, mushroom, ham in the pan, and stir-fry with medium power.
- Add ketchup and rice then stir-fry gently with low power till rice being red and leave it aside.
- Stirring eggs properly in any container is fine.
- Putting butter in pan and put the egg gently and make it flat.
- Before the egg being cooked, add the mixed rice on top.
- Prepare a plate face down put on the pan and turn them over.
- Dressing ketchup and mayo on top.
