Ingredients for Omelette Rice:

  1. 2 eggs.
  2. 1 bowl of cooked rice.
  3. pieces onion.
  4. pieces mushroom.
  5. pieces ham.
  6. ketchup(depends on your taste.
  7. 1/2 tsp salt.
  8. 1/2 tsp butter.
  9. mayonnaise(optional.

Step by step how to cook Omelette Rice:

  1. Putting 1/2 tsp butter in pan and wait for it warm.
  2. Add pieces of onion, mushroom, ham in the pan, and stir-fry with medium power.
  3. Add ketchup and rice then stir-fry gently with low power till rice being red and leave it aside.
  4. Stirring eggs properly in any container is fine.
  5. Putting butter in pan and put the egg gently and make it flat.
  6. Before the egg being cooked, add the mixed rice on top.
  7. Prepare a plate face down put on the pan and turn them over.
  8. Dressing ketchup and mayo on top.
  9. Enjoy your omelette rice!.
