- 36 cream-filled chocolate sandwich cookies (regular or double filled).
- 1/2 cup (1 stick; 115g) unsalted butter, melted.

- 3 (8 ounce) bricks (24 oz) full-fat PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened to room temperature.
- 1 cup (200 g) granulated sugar.
- 1/4 cup (60 g) sour cream or plain yogurt, at room temperature.
- 1 cup (250 g) creamy peanut butter (not natural style).
- 1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract.
- 1/8 teaspoon salt.
- 3 large eggs, at room temperature.
- Chocolate topping.
- 1/2 cup (1 stick; 115g) unsalted butter.
- 1 heaping cup (around 200g) semi-sweet chocolate chips.
