Ingredients for Pasta Extraordinaire:

  1. 500 g spaghetti.
  2. Bottom layer.
  3. 1 tsp crushed garlic.
  4. 1 cup cubed chicken fillet.
  5. To taste Salt.
  6. To taste Pepper.
  7. To taste Lemon pepper.
  8. To taste Chilli powder.
  9. To taste @inapaarmanskitchen Cajun spice.
  10. To taste @inapaarmanskitchen chilli and garlic spice.
  11. 1 tbsp Mixed herbs.
  12. 1 tablespoon Mayonnaise.
  13. 1 sachet All Gold Tomato and Basil pasta sauce*.
  14. White Sauce.
  15. 2 cups milk.
  16. 1 cup water.
  17. 2 tbsp butter.
  18. 3 tbsp lancewood sweet chilli cream cheese.
  19. to taste Salt.
  20. to taste pepper.
  21. to taste lemon pepper.
  22. to taste cajun spice.
  23. to taste mixed herbs.
  24. 1 tblsp Nando's medium sauce.
  25. 2 tblsp flour.
  26. 1/4 cup cheese, grated.

Step by step how to cook Pasta Extraordinaire:

  1. Boil pasta till al dente.
  2. Saute garlic in Olive oil.
  3. Add chicken and spices (Salt, pepper, lemon pepper, chilli powder, cajun spice, chilli and garlic spice, mixed herbs) and cook till chicken is done.
  4. Thereafter add the mayonnaise and the All Gold sachet and mix through.
  5. Layer this at the bottom of a Pyrex dish.
  6. For the white sauce: Heat all ingredients (milk, water, butter, lancewood sweet chilli cream cheese, Salt, pepper, lemon pepper, cajun spice, mixed herbs, Nando's medium sauce) on the stove, once almost boiling, whisk in 2 tblsp flour ensuring no lumps and then add about 1/4 cup cheese (can add more if want it extra cheesy).
  7. Mix white sauce through the pasta and layer over chicken layer..
  8. Slice jalapenos and layer over.
  9. Finish with a layer of cheese and grill in oven when ready to serve to melt cheese..
