Ingredients for Pasta Lasagna:
- 500 g Beef mince meat.
- 500 g Macaroni cooked according to packet instructions.
- 1 onion, chopped.
- 1 beef stock cube.
- 1 TSP garlic and ginger paste.
- 1 TSP BBQ spice.
- 1 TSP steak n chop spice.
- 1/2 cup grated cheddar cheese.
- 1/2 cup of frozen vegetables.
- 2 TBS olive oil.
Step by step how to cook Pasta Lasagna:
- Cook pasta according to the packet instructions.
- Pour oil and fry the onion, garlic and ginger paste..
- Crumble the beef stock and add spices.
- Cook and add frozen vegetables and stir and let it cook..
- Take your Pyrex dish the pour pasta in and add mince and add pasta and again add mince then followed by grated cheddar.
- Preheat the oven 180 degrees Celsius and bake until cooked.
- Serve with a salad..
