Ingredients for Pepper Chicken:
- 1 chicken breast.
- 2 tbsp yoghurt.
- 1 medium onion.
- 2 green chilli.
- 1 tbsp ginger garlic paste.
- 4 tbsp black pepper powder.
- 1 tsp coriander powder.
- 1 tsp garam masala powder.
- to taste Salt.
- As needed Oil.
- As needed Coriander leaves.
- 1 cup Cream or coconut milk (optional).
Step by step how to cook Pepper Chicken:
- Cut chicken pieces as per your size requirements and marinate with yoghurt, salt and 2 tbsp black pepper..
- Take a pan and add oil and fry the chopped onions with green chilli and ginger garlic paste..
- Add in the chicken and fry on high heat for few minutes till the juices are released and it is brown in colour.
- Add little water and the remaining spices and salt. Cover and cook for few minutes..
- You can add cream or coconut milk to thicken it..
- Garnish with coriander leaves and serve..
