Ingredients for Soya Galouti Kebab:
- 250 gm Soya Chunks.
- 2 tbl spoon Ginger Garlic paste.
- 3 nos Onion.
- 2 tbl spoon Gram Flour.
- 1 tbl spoon red chilies powder.
- 1/2 tbl spoon garam masala.
- 6 tbl spoon desi ghee / regular ghee.
- Salt as per required.

Step by step how to cook Soya Galouti Kebab:
- Soak the soya chunks in hot water for about ten minutes and then squeeze them and remove the water.
- Blend the soya chunks in a blender (not too much just make sure they are broken in to pieces).
- Deep fry the onions until golden color and grind till paste.
- Heat two tbl spoon ghee on midum flame and fry Ginger garlic paste for a minute add the soya, chilly powder, salt and garam masala to it..
- Once all the ingredients are mixed well turn off the flame and add the gram flour and the onion paste to it. Grind the mixture well till it gets to a thick dough consistency (do not add any water to this mixture).
- Now its time to make patties (you should be able to make 6 patties for 250 gms soya).
- Add ghee to a pan and on a medium flame shallow fry the patties (Remember Patience is virtue) it will take few mins to get cooked on both the sides. Note: do not fry on high flame you will burn the patties from out side and the inner part will be raw..
- Serve the kebab with chopped onions and mint and curd chutney or some hung curd..
