Ingredients for Buckwheat Bread:
- 1/2 cup water.
- 1/4 cup olive oil.
- 1 cup buckwheat flour.
- 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
- 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- 2 tablespoon buckwheat whole (optional).
Step by step how to cook Buckwheat Bread:
- Preheat oven to 180’C..
- Grease one bread pan with olive oil and set aside..
- Mix the water and olive oil well..
- Add the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well..
- Add 2 tablespoons buckwheat whole grains into the mixture and blend in for some crunch..
- Pour mixture into the pan, form a baguette shape and let set a couple of minutes to thicken..
- Bake for 25-30 minutes..
