  2. 1/4 cup olive oil.
  3. 1 cup buckwheat flour.
  4. 1/2 teaspoon baking powder.
  5. 1/2 teaspoon salt.
  6. 2 tablespoon buckwheat whole (optional).

Step by step how to cook Buckwheat Bread:

  1. Preheat oven to 180’C..
  2. Grease one bread pan with olive oil and set aside..
  3. Mix the water and olive oil well..
  4. Add the flour, baking soda and salt. Mix well..
  5. Add 2 tablespoons buckwheat whole grains into the mixture and blend in for some crunch..
  6. Pour mixture into the pan, form a baguette shape and let set a couple of minutes to thicken..
  7. Bake for 25-30 minutes..
