- 1/4 Cup Sugar.
- 2 Tsp Salt.
- 2 large Eggs.
- 1 Egg yolk (Reserve whites for brushing).
- 1/4 Cup Canola oil (or any neutral flavored oil).
- Sesame/Chia seeds (optional).
