Ingredients for Chapati Wadi:
- 4 chapati (leftover or fresh).
- 1/2 cup besan.
- 1/4 rice flour.
- 6-7 green chili pasta.
- 1/2 tsp red chili powder.
- 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
- 1/2 tsp seesam seeds.
- 1 tbsp tarmarind water.
- 1 tbsp jaggery water.
- salt as per taste.
- corainder leaves chopped.
Step by step how to cook Chapati Wadi:
- Take bowl add all ingredients like besan,rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, tarmarind water, jaggery water, salt and add little water mix it well..
- Now take one chapati spread besan paste and keep another chapati and again spread besan paste and roll it..
- Keep on steam plate and give steamer for 15 minutes.
- After 15 minutes cut in pieces and do shallow fry..
- For shallow take pan add 1 tsp oil then add some mustard seeds, sessam seeds corainder leaves and curry leaves. do shallow fry till crispy..
- Your chapati wadi is ready to serve.
