Ingredients for Chapati Wadi:

  1. 4 chapati (leftover or fresh).
  2. 1/2 cup besan.
  3. 1/4 rice flour.
  4. 6-7 green chili pasta.
  5. 1/2 tsp red chili powder.
  6. 1/2 tsp turmeric powder.
  7. 1/2 tsp seesam seeds.
  8. 1 tbsp tarmarind water.
  9. 1 tbsp jaggery water.
  10. salt as per taste.
  11. corainder leaves chopped.

Step by step how to cook Chapati Wadi:

  1. Take bowl add all ingredients like besan,rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, salt, tarmarind water, jaggery water, salt and add little water mix it well..
  2. Now take one chapati spread besan paste and keep another chapati and again spread besan paste and roll it..
  3. Keep on steam plate and give steamer for 15 minutes.
  4. After 15 minutes cut in pieces and do shallow fry..
  5. For shallow take pan add 1 tsp oil then add some mustard seeds, sessam seeds corainder leaves and curry leaves. do shallow fry till crispy..
  6. Your chapati wadi is ready to serve.
