- 4 eggs.
- 1 pickled jalapeño (chopped).
- 4 round cut bacon.
- 2 bread rolls/4 slices bread.
- 50 g grated white cheddar.
- Butter (for frying and spreading).
- 4 tablespoon milk.
- Optional--chopped spring onion for garnishing.
Step by step how to cook Cheesy Jalapeño scramble breakfast roll:
- In one pan, fry the bacon and set aside.
- Mix the eggs, milk and cheddar and add to another pan on a very low heat for the egg to scramble really slowly. It allows for the cheese to melt but not burn.
- When the eggs are about 60% cooked, add the jalapeño and mix in.
- Toast the rolls or bread and butter them.
- Layer the bacon then eggs on the roll and serve while hot..
