  2. 1 gem lettuce.
  3. 1 chicken breast, grilled (skin and bone removed).
  4. Half a pineapple sliced in strips.
  5. 1 small birdseye chilli, finely chopped.
  6. Half a greenpepper, sliced thinly.
  7. Large handful of fresh coriander.
  8. 2 Heaped tablespoons greek yoghurt.
  9. to taste Salt.
