Ingredients for Chicken and Pineapple Wraps:
- 2 x wholeweat tortilla wraps.
- 1 gem lettuce.
- 1 chicken breast, grilled (skin and bone removed).
- Half a pineapple sliced in strips.
- 1 small birdseye chilli, finely chopped.
- Half a greenpepper, sliced thinly.
- Large handful of fresh coriander.
- 2 Heaped tablespoons greek yoghurt.
- to taste Salt.
Step by step how to cook Chicken and Pineapple Wraps:
- Heat up the wrap in the microwave or on the stove to make it nice and pliable.
- Spoon some yoghurt on to the wrap and spread out to the edges. Sprinkle with salt and chopped chilli.
- Pile up the rest of the ingredients in the middle and roll up your wrap.
