Ingredients for Chicken Stir fry:
- 1 Sauce.
- 45 ml each Soya sauce and water.
- 40 ml tomatoe sauce.
- 20 ml Lemon juice or red wine.
- 35 ml apple juice.
- 30 ml cornflour or any purpose flour.
- 1 freshly grounded black pepper to taste.
- 1 Meat.
- 15 ml olive oil.
- 500 grams chicken fillet.
- 6 spring onions.
- 2 garlic cloves crushed.
- 10 ml fresh grated ginger.
- 500 grams Raw veggies, thinly sliced, combination of your choice. mine: carrots, green and red peppers, mushrooms, seedless green beans cut open.
- 4 bundles of egg noodles.
Step by step how to cook Chicken Stir fry:
- SAUCE: mix all sauce ingredients, season and set aside..
- Heat paella pan until it is hot enough to heat your oil..
- Add half of chicken strips, fry until just briwn..
- Remove and repeat step 3 with the rest of the meat..
- Stir fry spring onion, garlic, ginger , add your longest cooking veggies for 2-3 minutes. Add softer veggies, stir fry till tender..
- Add meat and sauce, continue starring until heated through and sauce thickens..
- Season to taste and serve immediately with egg noodles.
