- 500 grams Penne pasta.
- 3 tablespoons Pesto.
- Tin Tomatoes.
- 1 onion.
- 6 sausages.
- Robertson’s Italian Herbs.
- Lancewood cream cheese.
- Parmesan cheese.
- 1 tablespoon garlic.
Step by step how to cook Creamy Pesto Pasta Bake:
- Fry onion and garlic together until soft then add the chopped sausages to brown them.
- Boil the penne pasta as the instructions on the packet.One cooked add the basil pesto to the pasta.
- Once sausage is cooked add the tin tomatoes, Italian herbs and cream cheese, simmer for 10 min.
- Mix together the cooked pasta with the sausage sauce, place in an oven dish and sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and put in the oven for 10-15min. Your meal is ready to be served.
