Ingredients for Delicious Mango Shrikhand Recipe:
- 500 gm curd.
- 1/4 cup sugar powder.
- 1/4 tsp elaichi powder.
- 1/2 cup mango pulp.
Step by step how to cook Delicious Mango Shrikhand Recipe:
- Put a strainer on a bowl and spread a cloth over it..
- Now add curd to it and remove water from the curd where we don't have to press it too hard else the curd comes out of it. Remove as much as you can leaving some moisture doesn't matter. we just want to make it thick not dry keep the curd in fridge for 4/5 hours..
- Use a kesar mango for making pulp peel the mango. And grind in a mixer grinder to make pulp. Refrigerate this for Another 3/4 hours..
- Now after curd is cooled, remove in a bowl and whip it till it gets creamer it takes about 2/3 mins..
- Now add sugar powder,elaichi powder and pulp mix all these well now add some dry fruits to it.
- Shrikhand is ready but it needs to refrigrated for about 3/4 hours before serving,.
- Serve it cool and garnish with some mango chunks.
