  1. 250 g Thin Poha.
  2. 1 spoon Peanut,chana dal,urad dal.
  3. 2 green or red chillies.
  4. 1 spoon jaggery powder.
  5. 1/2 spoon mustard and chilli powder.
  6. 3 spoon oil.
  7. 1 spoon lemon juice.
  8. Salt.
  9. 1 spoon Hing powder,turmeric powder.
  10. leaves Corrainder.
  11. 1 big size onion.

Step by step how to cook Easy Poha breakfast:

  1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard,chana dal,urad dal and peanut and saute for a min.
  2. Add chopped onion,salt,green chilli,chilli powder,hing powder and saute for a min.
  3. Add the drained poha and jaggery powder,turmeric powder and mix well.
  4. Add the lime juice and corrainder leaves and serve hot... yummy breakfast in less than 5 min.
