Ingredients for Easy Poha breakfast:
- 250 g Thin Poha.
- 1 spoon Peanut,chana dal,urad dal.
- 2 green or red chillies.
- 1 spoon jaggery powder.
- 1/2 spoon mustard and chilli powder.
- 3 spoon oil.
- 1 spoon lemon juice.
- Salt.
- 1 spoon Hing powder,turmeric powder.
- leaves Corrainder.
- 1 big size onion.
Step by step how to cook Easy Poha breakfast:
- Heat oil in a pan and add mustard,chana dal,urad dal and peanut and saute for a min.
- Add chopped onion,salt,green chilli,chilli powder,hing powder and saute for a min.
- Add the drained poha and jaggery powder,turmeric powder and mix well.
- Add the lime juice and corrainder leaves and serve hot... yummy breakfast in less than 5 min.
