Ingredients for Garlic Chilli Chicken Pasta:
- 500 g Penne Pasta.
- 1 kg Chicken Fillets (strips).
- 1 1/2 cup veggies.
- 3 tsp Crushed Garlic.
- 2 1/2 tsp Aromat, salt, turmeric, cumin, chilli paste.
- 2 1/2 tsp Salt.
- 1/2 tsp Turmeric.
- 1 1/2 Cumin.
- 3 tsp Chilli Paste.
- Sauce.
- 4 tbsp Tomato paste.
- 6 Tbsp Tomato sauce.
- 6 tbsp Mustard sauce.
- 6 tbsp Chilli garlic sauce.
- 4 tsp Mixed Herbs.
- 1 cup Gouda Cheese.
- 1 cup Mozarella Cheese.
- 2 cups Fresh cream.
- 1 1/2 cups Milk.
Step by step how to cook Garlic Chilli Chicken Pasta:
- Boil penne pasta with a pinch of salt..
- Marinate chicken in spices (Aromat, salt, turmeric, cumin, chilli paste) and cook..
- Add veggies in when the chicken is almost cooked. (Veggies we use are peppers, mushrooms & corn).
- Combine sauce (tomato paste, tomato sauce, mustard sauce, chilli garlic sauce) ingredients in a saucepan- add dairy products (gouda cheese, mozzarella cheese, fresh cream, milk) after the sauces & herbs (mixed herbs) have come to a boil..
- Once sauce is smooth add it to the cooked chicken & veggies..
- Combine with pasta let simmer for 5 mins..
- Serve hot..
