Ingredients for Golden Rolls:
- 2 dry yeast.
- 2 tbs sugar.
- 1200 ml lukewarm milk.
- 2 kg plain white flour.
- 2 tsp salt.
- 200 g soft butter.
- 4 tbs condensed milk.
- sheet Butter for the baking.
Step by step how to cook Golden Rolls:
- Blend the yeast and sugar with 500ml milk. Cover and leave to froth in a warm place for 15min.
- Add the yeast mixture in the flour the remaining milk salt and butter and knead.
- Cover and leave to rise in a warm place for 1hour.
- Knead the dough again and shape as you like butter the baking tray place rolls cover and leave to rise for 30minutes. Brush the rolls with the condensed milk and bake for 30minutes in the preheated oven of 180'c or 200'c.
- When ready will look like these serve.
