  2. 10 g Raw Rolled Oats.
  3. 3 Organic Bananas.
  4. 250 ml Coconut Milk.
  5. 5 Dates.

  1. Add the yoghurt in a food processor together with oats, bananas and dates..
  2. Turn the processor on low speed for 2 minutes before turning it high for additional 2 minutes while pouring coconut milk to your desired consistency..
  3. Add more milk to make it drinkable and additional time on high speed..
