- 4 tsp Yeast.
- 1/2 cup Vegetable Oil.
- 3 1/4 cup Granulated Sugar.
- 3 Eggs.
- 1 tsp Lemon Zest.
- 3 + 1/4 cup Flour.
- 3 1/4 tsp Salt.
- 1/4 tsp Ground Nutmeg.
- 1/4 tsp Ground Cinnamon.

- 1/4 tsp All Spice.
- Dried Fruit Raisons (Optional).
- Sugar Glaze.
- 2 Tblsp Water.
- 1/2 cup Sugar.
